I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside but feel lost on the inside.
Years ago, I was living in survival mode — chasing achievement while losing myself in the process. Anxiety and burnout were daily companions. But I refused to believe that success and peace couldn’t coexist.
So I began rebuilding from within — studying neuroscience, mindfulness, and performance psychology. I practiced daily breathwork, movement, and cold plunges. I designed rituals that grounded me and brought joy back into my days.
That journey became the foundation of the Fulfilled Life Design Lab — a method that blends science, structure, and soul.
Today, I help ambitious women like you reconnect with their purpose, design their dream life, and thrive with energy, clarity, and ease.

I’ve done countless vision boards and productivity workshops, but this was the first experience where all the pieces actually clicked. Through the breathwork, reflection, and ice baths, I connected my mind, body, and goals in a way that finally made sense. The framework Anna shared helped me organize my thoughts into a clear 90-day plan — but more than that, it gave me the courage to believe in it. I walked away knowing exactly what I want and how to move toward it — without the pressure, just excitement.

These roles are completely optional, and no one is expected to take one.
It’s simply a way for those who want to co-create the energy of the weekend to step in and contribute.
